Back Story/Bio: Several generations ago, the Ioannou family immigrated from Greece to Scotland and the Isle of Rum. One of the young children, a little girl, planted a little tree and started to believe that it was inhabited by a dryad. The child named the dryad "Amaranth" and would put out offerings of food.
When the company run by Lev Seraph bought the island for the Cherubim Project, most of the human inhabitants, including the Ioannou family, were forced off. Amaranth was unable to leave with her family, which the Ioannous thought for the best, as they didn't want their children growing up believing in such rediculous things as Dryads.
